Fitness to me isn’t just a hobby or a passion. It’s a lifestyle. A way of life. Sure, there are some sacrifices to be made, and I have to exercise some extra discipline at times, but the rewards soon outweigh the sacrifices. Not only do you walk around knowing you’re in shape, but you have a sense of accomplishment, a vision, a plan. You may even inspire and motivate a few people along the way to make some changes in their life. I conclude that living a fitness lifestyle may not always be easy, and sure, there’s times where we can relax and enjoy some guilt-free eating, but at the end of the day, the view is always best when looking back and saying to yourself – I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished..
